I view Reiki as a collaborative journey. I don’t just 'perform' a treatment; I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you to reconnect with yourself. Whether you are struggling with physical pain, emotional exhaustion, or simply a sense of being 'stuck,' my approach is always intuitive, gentle, and tailored to what you need in that moment

My Reiki sessions for adults provide a dedicated sanctuary to unplug from the outside world and reconnect with your inner calm. By gently balancing your natural energy, these treatments help to quiet a busy mind, ease physical discomfort, and leave you feeling deeply rested and emotionally renewed
Teen Reiki

Growing up is hard work, and every teen deserves a space where they don't have to 'perform' or meet anyone's expectations. My teen Reiki sessions provide a private sanctuary to recharge and reset. It’s a moment of total stillness that helps manage stress, soothe anxiety, and reconnect with their own inner strength, helping them feel more balanced and in control.
Reiki & Play
Healing doesn't always have to be silent. In these sessions, I meet children exactly where they are...in the world of play. While your little ones explore a variety of toys and enjoy themselves, I join in their play, gently flowing Reiki energy to them in a natural, fun environment. It’s a beautiful way for children to receive the benefits of Reiki without the need to sit still. Best of all? You can sit back with a fresh tea or coffee and watch your child thrive in a space of pure joy and calm.

Parent & Child Reiki

The early years of parenthood can be as exhausting as they are wonderful. These sessions are designed to support both parent and child simultaneously. As you relax in a comfortable chair or lie down with your child, I perform Reiki to help settle restless babies and provide much-needed replenishment for tired parents. From improving sleep patterns to easing the 'overwhelm' of new parenthood, this shared treatment offers a restorative reset for you both
